Prepare each attraction

  1. Open Settings

Create the attraction, operating schedule, session length, capacity, and booking behavior.

  2. Add the ticket logo

Upload a wide, high-contrast PNG, JPG, or WebP. The preview shows the one-color 384 by 160 dot treatment saved for the thermal printer.

  3. Configure the printer

Choose the supported printer mode and destination, then run the printer test before opening the attraction to staff.

Run the schedule

  1. Choose the operating date

The schedule shows the available sessions and live capacity for that day.

  2. Book the party or walk-up

Select a session, enter the guest details needed by the venue, and confirm the booking.

  3. Reschedule when needed

Open the booking, choose an available replacement time, and confirm. The mobile dialog scrolls so the final confirmation remains reachable.

  4. Reprint or cancel carefully

Use the booking actions when a ticket is lost or a reservation changes; capacity updates with the booking state.
