14-day unactivated-license refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the purchased license has not been activated on any installation. Activation means the first successful activation of that license through FECForge’s licensing service.
After activation
After a license has been activated, refunds are limited to duplicate charges, non-delivery of the purchased license, a material software defect that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time after you contact support, or any refund rights required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@fecforge.com from the address used at checkout. Include the venue or company name, purchase date, Stripe receipt or order reference, the affected module or bundle, and the reason for the request. Do not email card details or passwords.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
One-time purchases
FECForge module and bundle purchases are one-time charges, not subscriptions, so there is no recurring plan to cancel. Removing an installation or choosing not to use an activated module does not by itself make the purchase refundable.
