Prepare the room and library

  1. Create or open a plan

Name the plan for the venue area or proposed revision so saved files and exports remain identifiable.

  2. Open Settings

Enter the room measurements and relevant physical constraints before placing equipment.

  3. Review the game and fixture library

Add accurate cabinet dimensions and assign useful game types so the asset list can be filtered during layout work.

2

Lay out and review the floor

  1. Place games and fixtures

Drag items from the asset panel onto the workspace, then use the properties panel for exact position, rotation, and dimensions.

  2. Use zones and utilities

Mark operational areas and utility relationships that need to remain understandable when the plan is reviewed away from the venue.

  3. Check collisions and clearances

Resolve overlaps and service-space problems before treating the plan as installation-ready.

  4. Save and export

Save the editable plan, then export the report or PDF needed for installers, ownership, or vendors.
